A comprehensive material selection and validated parameter sets for optimal product properties

We possess a high level of expertise in the area of materials and a comprehensive portfolio of advanced plastic and polymer materials (3D printing materials) from EOS for laser sintering in additive manufacturing. The 3D printer materials, systems and process parameters from EOS are optimally matched. With the appropriate EOS materials, products' intended property profiles can be achieved in the best possible way. In addition, EOS is continuously developing its high-tech materials to meet specific customer requirements.

The following 3D printing material is available for the additive manufacturing of plastic products: Polyamides (PA), polystyrenes (PS), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), polypropylene (PP) and polyaryletherketone (PAEK). We offer a comprehensive selection of EOS materials for the production of plastic components using additive manufacturing processes. This allows highly customised products to be manufactured with first-rate quality.

PAEK Polyaryletherketone

PAEK materials are high-performance plastics with outstanding mechanical properties even at high temperatures. They are fireproof, extremely resistant to chemicals and particularly suitable for the production of high-performance molded parts.
