Making-of egg cups with the EOS Formiga P 110
In the video, you can see the entire manufacturing process with the Formiga P 110 from EOS. From modeling, to printing with Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), to glass bead blasting. The cup was printed with the material Polyamide 12 (EOS PA2200). This material is particularly durable, versatile and certified for food contact in accordance with EU Plastics Directive 2002/72/EC. In addition, this plastic is heat resistant and therefore dishwasher safe. The perfect cup for your 3 minute egg!
