Hydrostatic tools of the ECOROLL HG range are able to roller burnish, deep roll and roller compress the most complex contours and free-form surfaces.
Used on CNC-controlled, but also conventional lathes and milling machines, the HG tools enable the machining of all metallic materials up to a hardness of 65 HRC. As a rule, these tools are operated via an external hydraulic agregate. The cooling lubricant of the machine is normally used as the pressure medium.
